On the 10th of May, Schae Zarew will take you through both deadlifting and benching over a three hour period. Capped at just 6 people, If you have ever wanted to learn the proper technique for both these movements with a knowledgeable and supportive coach, this is the perfect workshop for you.

Schae is the current record holder in the u64kg class for both the deadlift and the total, and has spent the last three years coaching women with all different backgrounds and experiences when it comes to strength training. Not only is she big on programming safely and getting you to move efficiently as an individual, but believes that fostering a community of strong women is incredibly important to contribute to enjoyment in training.

If you’re having trouble squatting deep or find it uncomfortable with some tightness in your hips and back, this squat seminar is for you!

Over three hours, one of the most experienced and knowledgable coaches in Canberra, Tom Schwartz, will take you through everything you need to know about technique, accessory exercises, and programming to build a stronger squat and body. With a focus on bracing and prehab exercises to keep you moving pain-free, Tom will get you moving efficiently to ensure you’re safe under load long-term.

Tom has a competition squat of 270kg at a 93kg body weight, has a exercise science degree and 8 years of powerlifting coaching and competition experience. His clients boast squats of double and triple body weights, even after coming back from injuries and setbacks.
